2. Only Natural Ingredients
Alfresco products are made using natural ingredients. Not only does this mean they are a lot safer, but they also do not need to be reapplied as often as synthetic repellents. Our natural active repellents work in much the same way as those containing potentially harmful chemicals, by confusing the Insect sense of smell. Making Alfresco the Healthy and effective alternative.
Alfresco is Paraffin-Free and Paraben-Free.
Paraffin is a petroleum product, known to clog pores and overall is not good for skin. Parabens are chemical preservatives used to prolong shelf life in many health and beauty products. They have been linked to harmful effects. Alfresco uses natural alternatives, so you can reapply as often as you want without worrying about clogging up your skin with chemicals or feeling sticky and greasy.
DEET (N,N-Diethyl-meta-toluamide has long been used as a key ingredient in chemical-based Insect Repellents. However, many people are now unaware of the harmful effects using DEET can have. Not only can it act as an irritant, but it can also cause breathing difficulties, burning eyes and headaches too. It is a chemical solvent and has been known to dissolve some plastics, rayon, spandex, other synthetic fabrics, and painted or varnished surfaces including nail polish.
